South Korean semiconductor exports have declined by 28%
On July 3rd, according to foreign media reports, the demand for semiconductors began to decline in the second half of last year, but has not yet improved significantly. The export volume of the main semiconductor producing country, South Korea, is still significantly declining.
Foreign media reported, citing data from the South Korean Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, that in the past June, the export value of South Korean semiconductors decreased by 28% year-on-year.
Although the export volume of South Korean semiconductor products continued to decline significantly year-on-year in June, the year-on-year decline of 36.2% in May has improved.
